I’m really excited about the things people have started to do with labelers in BlueSky. I see a lot of potential for credential and web-of-trust based labeling schemes.
Ugh. I'm trying to release some last minute changes to the AWS News Feed. Perfect time for capacity issues at Github.
I really don't want to spend my time creating a self-hosted runner, but I'm afraid I must 😔
I can't go back to writing untyped JS again. It feels like anything could break at any moment unless I unit test everything.
Even when I'm not writing TypeScript, I'll use JSDocs.
Cooking is how I decompress from staring at code until I am glossy-eyed. I love mincing, dicing, searing, physical things when my day has been taken up by the intangible. I'll never be considered a gourmet chef, but my wife gives me rave reviews, so that is all the ratings I need.
Let's give this a shot 🙂
The biggest thing that has held me back until now is being mislabeled as one of the people leaving Twitter out of protest, but if this is where people are hanging out, I'll hang too 🤙🏻
We recently bought our first family home and it’s been a bit stressful to bring it up to modern standards.
But yeah, I may not be the best front-end developer in the world, but at least my CSS isn’t on a “fuse box inside the staircase” level of mess-up. 🙃
If you don't want to see me shamelessly bragging about my sister for a minute, look away now.
I'm so ferociously proud of my sister, Claire. The org she co-founded in Mountain View to support the homeless and at risk, has already housed 60 people this year.
