@jordwalke @tfmoliveira It goes away as soon as you use (open or drag) that file. Which is a whole separate annoyance because often I want to access file again and now it's only available via Downloads menu.

I DID IT. this 500 line monster class is now split into a nice mix of components and interfaces. so clean. so beautiful

@dan_abramov @DavidKPiano And you could theoretically achieve this by storing in a global state all components and props that should rerender them, and watch for their changes. If a prop changes, you can just grab the list of components and trigger their rerenders. Hence O(1). If I understood it right
